Full Week of Do-at-Home Workouts!

Here is my personal workout schedule for this week… all the workouts are give-or-take half an hour and will definitely kick your butt!  We will change the workouts every week so make sure you   subscribe on the home page (bottom) so you don't miss a post!  If they are a bit too intense - no pressure at all!  Just go at your own pace.  And of course - ALWAYS consult a doctor before starting a new exercise regime.  Also - if you have not joined the January Wellness Challenge - make sure you do so right away!
